Prescription Request

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Bay Area OB/GYN are routinely issued Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM and 5PM. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for refill approvals. No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends or holidays, as the doctors do not have access to your medical records at that time. For a refill on any medication taken routinely; please call your pharmacy with the prescription number and have them contact our office for approval. Otherwise for established patients you may make your request by calling the office at 281-332-9511, having your pharmacy fax the request to 281-332-6685 or submitting our Interactive Prescription Request Form below. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid interruption in your medication therapy.
