Stephen Falk, MD is a board-certified Obstetrics-Gynecology physician with more than 40 years of experience in the field. Dr. Falk earned his Medical Degree at Columbia University. He completed an Internship and OB/GYN Residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York.
A Veteran of the United States Air Force, Dr. Falk served as a Major in charge of a three person OB/GYN Department at Luke Air Force Base from 1970-1972. He is a Former Chief of OB/GYN at Clear Lake Hospital in Webster, Texas and Christus St. John Hospital (formerly known as Space Center Memorial Hospital) in Nassau Bay, Texas. He was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa at Princeton University and won the OB/GYN prize at Columbia University - College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Dr. Falk is a distinguished Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a Member of the American Fertility Society, American Society of Gynecological Laparoscopy, Texas Association OB/GYN, Houston OB/GYN, and Harris County Medical Society.
